Born and raised in Toronto, Stacey earned her Honours in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business where she spent a semester studying in France at the HEC Paris Business School.

She went on to the University of Ottawa where she earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude. During her time in Ottawa, she worked at the University of Ottawa Legal Clinic with the Legal Aid Ontario. She is the past president of the Asian Law Students Association and editor for the Ottawa Law Review. In her last year of law school, she won second place at the Canadian Client Consultation Competition in Kingston, Ontario.

Stacey joined Reisler Law PC as an articling student and returned as an associate upon her call to the Bar. Her practice includes all aspects of insurance defence litigation. She frequently appears before Masters and Judges at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. In her time at Reisler Law, she has successfully won a total of over $100,000 in costs for her clients on various motions.

In her spare time, Stacey competes in Dragonboat competitions across Ontario, enjoys travelling and making homemade pizza. She speaks Chinese, French and some German.
